Many customers hail the friendly and rapid service offered by the company staff, even when a claim has been made. Some customers were genuinely surprised at some of the perks offered by the company, such as a choice of approved repairers and hire car services.
On the other hand, other customers come away disgruntled with the service. Bizarrely, many of these complaints refer to the poor customer service on offer, which some felt to be frustratingly slow and often very unhelpful.
Additionally, some customers claim to have waited several hours on the phone to talk to staff regarding a claim.
